We
use stainless steel sheets as raw material brought from
world class manufacturers i.e. Japan, Korea, Belgium,
Thailand etc.
( AISI - 304 Non-Magnetic Quality ) to manufacture stainless
steel utensils for which following processes are involved
:
1.
Circle cutting : The S.S.Sheets are
marked & cut into required sizes of circles, then
it is grinded on machine to remove sharp edges/burr
etc.
2.
Pressing : The circles are than pressed into
semi-finished goods by various types & sizes of
dyes by pressing M/C.
3.
Rolling cutting : The pressed goods are than
rolled to remove pressing mark and then flanges are
cut to make it even. Whever required the beading &
suizing work is done
4.
Spot welding : Certain
items require spot welding etc. ( Tiffin carrier, mug,
etc. ). So this process is carried on them.
5.
Polishing : This process is carried out on
polishing M/C. By using various types of polishing brushes,
polishing bars, buffs, etc. to remove superficial defects
& give bright finish & make them into finished
goods.
6.
Packing : The finished goods than packed
in poly bags & than into 3 ply inner corrugated
box & than into outer cartons thereafter the cartons
are strapped strongly by plastic stripping . There are
total six departments to carry out the above processes
ad measuring total about 11,000 sq.ft.
